Установлено, что иммуномодулирующее действие аминофталгидразида проявляется в снижении лейкоцитарной инфильтрации, происходит резкое уменьшение уровня СD45+ до значений интактных животных на 7, 14 сутки эксперимента. Снижается также и количество СD3+ лимфоцитов, тучных клеток (ТК) и площади, занимаемой коллагеном. Поскольку введение АФГ способствует снижению СD45+, CD3+, но при этом количество синусоидальных клеток (СК) возрастает по сравнению с группами животных, получавших только CCl4, можно предположить, что снижение токсического действия СС14 связано с изменением числа и функциональной активности СК, которая направлена на снятие воспалительной реакции и восстановление печеночной ткани после токсического повреждения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A comprehensive assessment of the role of stromal cells in regenerative processes has been carried out on the model of diffuse toxic liver damage with carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) and its correction with aminophthalhydrazide. It has been found that the immunomodulating effect of aminophthalhydrazide is manifested in a decrease in leukocyte infiltration, there is a sharp decrease in the level of CD45+ to the values of intact animals on the 7th and 14th days of the experiment. The number of CD3+ lymphocytes, mast cells and the area occupied by collagen are also reduced. Since the introduction of aminophthalhydrazide reduces the number of CD45+, CD3+ lymphocytes, but the number of sinusoidal cells increases compared to group of animals treated only with CCl4, it can be assumed that the decrease in the toxic effect of CCl4 is associated with the change in the number and functional activity of sinusoidal cells, which is aimed at removing the inflammatory response and restoring hepatic tissue after toxic damage.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тетрахлорметан</kwd><kwd>печень</kwd><kwd>лимфоциты</kwd><kwd>синусоидальные клетки</kwd><kwd>тучные клетки</kwd><kwd>коллаген</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>carbon tetrachloride</kwd><kwd>liver</kwd><kwd>lymphocytes</kwd><kwd>sinusoidal cells</kwd><kwd>mast cells</kwd><kwd>collagen</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Junnila M., Rahko T., Sukura A., Lindberg L.
