Исследования проведены на 70 самцах белых беспородных крыс. Изменения в экспрессии гена Hmox1 имели более выраженный характер через 72 ч после введения CCl4. Однако под влиянием препаратов изменения кратности экспрессии в наибольшей степени отмечались через 24 ч. Экспрессия гена Hmox1 возрастала в ответ на все указанные обработки. Наиболее выраженный ответ был получен при использовании оксиметилурацила.
