По результатам токсикометрии имеются все основания активный клатрартный комплекс 3-(2–фенилэтил)-2-тиоксо-1,3-тиазолидин-4-она с β-циклодекстрином отнести к VI классу относительно безвредных лекарственных веществ по Hodge и к 5 классу токсичности, в соответствии с ГОСТ 32644-2014.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The clathrate complex of 3-(2-phenylethyl)-2-thioxo-1,3-thiazolidin-4-one with β-cyclodextrin in the form of a nanopowder with an average particle size of 40.5 nm, with a wide range of pharmacological properties, was developed for the first time.
