При достижении животными возраста 3 месяцев проводилось обследование, включающее изучение поведения в открытом поле и исследование поврежденности ДНК с использованием гомогената головного мозга методом ДНК-комет. У потомства выявлено повышение ориентировочно-исследовательского поведения и снижение двигательной активности, повышенная поврежденность ДНК клеток нервной ткани при сравнении с крысами контрольной группы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The impact of vinyl chloride (inhalation exposure at a mean concentration of 1947 mg/m3 during 5 weeks) on the offspring of exposed male rats and intact female rats was studied. The examination of sexually mature offspring included studying behavior in the open field and DNA damage investigation using brain homogenate with DNAcomet assay.
