Характер биологического действия силилхромата при различных путях введения в организм и уровни действующих доз/концентраций аналогичны соединениям шестивалентного хрома. На основании этого обоснованы и утверждены ПДК силилхромата в воздухе рабочей зоны, ОБУВ в атмосферном воздухе населенных мест, ОДУ воды водоемов на уровне принятых в РФ величин для соединений шестивалентного хрома.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In experiments on white rats, the main toxicometric parameters of bis(triphenylsilyl) chromate were established at single and repeated stomach and intraperitoneal administration. The character of the biological action of bis(triphenylsilyl) chromate with different delivery paths into the organism and levels of effective doses/concentrations are analogous to those of hexavalent chromium compounds.
