Трихлорэтилен уменьшал содержание в крови иммунорегуляторных цитокинов ИФН- , ИЛ-2, ИЛ-4 и увеличивал концентрацию провоспалительного цитокина ИЛ-6, незначительно повышал содержание в крови антивоспалительных цитокинов ИЛ-10, ИЛ-13.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It was established in experiments on non-inbred albino rats that chronic intoxication with trichlorethylene (30 days, subcutaneously daily 0.05 LD50) ) largely decreased Th2- cells activity as compared to Th1-lyphocytes and as well as humoral immune responses as compared to the cellular immune response.
