Данный биологический объект расширяет возможности обнаружения наркотических средств и других токсических веществ в организме человека. Главной трудностью исследования волос является правильный подбор условий пробоподготовки объекта химико-токсикологического исследования для более полного извлечения токсикантов из внутренней части волоса. Для этого применяются методы: экстракция органическим растворителем; экстракция органическими растворителями при пониженных температурах; термическое разложение объектов; щелочной или кислотный гидролиз, с последующей жидкость-жидкостной экстракцией смесью растворителей; извлечение метанолом или подкисленным метанолом в ультразвуковой бане; ферментный гидролиз с последующей жидкость-жидкостной экстракцией смесью растворителей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lately there is an increasing interest in forensic and clinical toxicology to detect drugs and psychotropic substances in hair samples. This biological object extends opportunity to detect drugs and other toxic substances in the human body. The main difficulty in investigating the hair is a correct selection of sample preparation conditions of the object subject to chemical and toxicological studies in order to obtain a more complete extraction of toxins from the inside of the hair.
