Введение. Острая химическая травма у детей является актуальной проблемой в клинической токсикологии. Анализ числа острых отравлений на территории и причин развития отравлений позволяет выделить социально значимые нозологические формы болезни, определить направления профилактических мероприятий и повысить юридическую ответственность родителей.

Материал и методы

Материал и методы. Проведён анализ динамики острых отравлений у детей (4471 пациент, в возрасте от 1 года до 17 лет) в ХМАО-Югре за период 2008-2017 гг. по материалам годовой отраслевой статистической отчётности — отчёт Департамента здравоохранения Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа — Югры (приложение № 6 Форма № 64, приказ Минздрава РФ от 8 января 2002 г. № 9).

Результаты

Результаты. Анализ заболеваемости острыми отравлениями у детей (2008–2017 гг.) на территории округа показал распространённость острой химической травмы у детей, которая не превышает 37 на 100 тыс. населения, с наибольшей заболеваемостью в группах Т51 (614), Т40 (401) и Т54 (270). 

В профилактических мероприятиях, одними из направлений, являются повышение знаний юридической ответственности родителей, понимание детьми опасности химических веществ и организация целевого обучения родителей по программам первой помощи.

Ограничения в научном исследовании. При изучении числа общей заболеваемости острой химической травмой у детей и заболеваемости в возрастных группах на территории ХМАО — Югры была проведена оценка 4471 отравления.

Заключение

Заключение. Проведённый анализ острой химической травмы у детей в ХМАО-Югре определил социально значимые группы острых отравлений (Т51, Т40, Т54). Профилактические мероприятия, направленные на уменьшение числа отравлений, должны носить межведомственный характер. Организация целевого обучения родителей по программам первой помощи способствует выбору их тактики при подозрении на поступление химического вещества в организм ребёнка и своевременному оказанию медицинской помощи.

Introduction. Acute chemical trauma in children is a problem of current interest in clinical toxicology. An analysis of the number of acute poisonings in the territory and the reasons for the development of poisoning makes it possible to identify socially significant nosological forms of the disease, determine the directions of preventive measures and increase the legal responsibility of parents.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The analysis of the dynamics of acute poisoning in children (4471 patients, aged 1 to 17 years) in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra for the period 2008–2017 was carried out based on the materials of the annual sectoral statistical reporting — the report of the Health Department of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Ugra (Appendix No. 6 Form No. 64, order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation dated January 8, 2002 No. 9).

Results

Results. Analysis of the incidence of acute poisoning in children (2008–2017) in the district showed the prevalence of acute chemical injury in children, which does not exceed 37.0 per 100 thousand population, with the highest incidence in groups T51 (614), T40 (401) and T54 (270). In preventive measures, one of the directions is to increase the knowledge of the legal responsibility of parents, the children’s understanding of the dangers of chemicals and the organization of targeted training for parents in first aid programs.

Conclusion

Conclusion. The analysis of acute chemical trauma in children in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra identified socially significant groups of acute poisoning (T51, T40, T54). Preventive measures aimed at reducing the number of poisonings should be of an interdepartmental nature. The organization of targeted training for parents in first aid programs contributes to the choice of their tactics in case of suspicion of a chemical substance entering the child’s body and the timely provision of medical care.
