Токсическое действие аманитинсодержащих макромицетов, или фаллоидиновый синдром, сопровождается невысокой выживаемостью пациентов и остаётся одной из ведущих причин ургентной трансплантации печени. Вследствие этого проблемы биоразнообразия и распространения грибов, которые приводят к данному состоянию, очень актуальны.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Исследование выполнено в два этапа. На первом этапе составлен предварительный список аманитинсодержащих макромицетов посредством системного поиска в базе данных PubMed. На втором этапе проанализированы наличие и встречаемость аманитинсодержащих таксонов на территории России.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. На основании обобщения литературных источников и данных лаборатории систематики и географии грибов Ботанического института им. В.Л. Комарова РАН составлены картосхемы административно-территориальной встречаемости в России 21 вида аманитинсодержащих макромицетов: 5 мухоморов, 1 галерины и 15 лепиот. Рассмотрены видовые концепции некоторых ядовитых таксонов, их ключевые дифференцирующие признаки. Освещены дискутабельные представления о токсичности 2 видов рода Коноцибе.</p></sec><sec><title>Ограничения исследования</title><p>Ограничения исследования: исследование учитывает только видовую встречаемость ядовитых грибов на различных территориях России, не рассматривая плотность и частоту их произрастания, что может затруднять оценку связи представленных данных и вероятность отравления рассматриваемыми видами в отдельных административных единицах.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. В результате проведённого исследования были выявлены границы распространения ядовитых мухоморов и галерины, а также территории с наибольшим зарегистрированным видовым разнообразием лепиот: Московская область и Приморский край.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The toxic effect of amanitin-containing macromycetes, or phalloidin syndrome, is accompanied by low patient survival and it remains as one of the leading causes of urgent liver transplantation. As a result, the problems of biodiversity and the distribution of amanitin-containing fungi leading to this condition appear in a relevant light for toxicology.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study was carried out in two stages. At the first stage, a preliminary list of amanitin-containing macromycetes was compiled by means of a system search in the PubMed database. At the second stage of the study, the presence and occurrence of amanitin-containing taxa in Russia were analyzed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Based on the literature sources and data of the Laboratory of Geography and Systematics of Fungi of the Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, maps of the administrative-territorial occurrences in Russia of twenty-one species of amanitin-containing macromycetes were compiled: five of Amanita, one of Galerina and fifteen of Lepiota. The species concepts of some poisonous taxa and their key identification features were reviewed. The debatable ideas about the toxicity of two Conocybe species are highlighted.</p></sec><sec><title>Limitations</title><p>Limitations. The study takes into account only the specific occurrence of poisonous fungi in various territories of Russia, without considering the density and frequency of their growth, which may make it difficult to assess the relationship between the data presented and the likelihood of poisoning by the species in question in individual administrative units.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
