Современные представления о возможном участии алюминия в этиологии болезни Альцгеймера

Аннотация

Цель исследования — изучить возможность использования содержания алюминия, как маркера нейродегенеративных заболеваний.

Материал и методы. Для достижения поставленной цели был проведён анализ литературных источников из различных баз данных, в частности Scopus и PubMed.

Результаты. Проведённый анализ показывает, что к настоящему времени накоплены серьёзные доказательства того, что определённые нейродегенеративные заболевания связаны с хроническим воздействием низких доз Al: в частности болезнь Альцгеймера (БА); болезнь двигательных нейронов или боковой амиотрофический склероз (БАС); рассеянный склероз (РС) и ряд других.

Заключение. Таким образом, можно предположить, что измерение содержания Al в плазме крови, позволит выделить группу высокого риска возникновения БА, что позволит начать профилактическое лечение на наиболее ранней стадии заболевания. Возможности существующих методов анализа ICP-MS и GFASS позволяют решить эту задачу.
