SAFETY TOXICOLOGICAL ASSESSMENT OF LEBENIN, ACTIvE SUBSTANCE OF LINEX
Abstract
Safety assessment of the preparation Lebenin was carried out. Lebenin contains a community of resistant to antibiotic drugs, viable lyophilized lactate bacteria of the following types: Lactobacillus gasseri ( s.v. L.acidophilus), Bifidobacterium infantis, Enterococcus foecium. The analysis of materials related to the substantiation of MACs of bacterial preparations and their ingredients in workplace and atmosphere in residential settings witnesses that there are already established hygiene norms for similar preparations and likely microorganisms in their compositions and therefore the above said microorganism preparations can be referred to hazard class 4.
